JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Prince George, BC operations.
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Nature & Scope of Position
The Data Entry / Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling customer requests and a variety of paperwork in order to support the daily operations. This individual is tasked with order entry, responding to customers over the phone and email, completing reports, and assisting warehouse/drivers as needed with their paperwork. This individual will interact with customers and respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer Service Rep will work in conjunction with the rest of the office team locally and in other branches to improve efficiencies. The position hours are 12 pm to 8:30 pm, with some overtime available.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two years of data entry and office experience
- Knowledge of TDG paperwork requirements an asset, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient reading, writing and speaking English
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Remunerations
- Hourly wage will be based on skills and experience; and
- Complete Group Health plan & RRSP plan
