About Webserv Webserv is a digital marketing agency that helps mission-driven businesses — particularly in behavioral health — grow through SEO, paid media, and conversion-focused web strategy. We're a tight-knit team that values curiosity, ownership, and the kind of work that actually moves the needle for our clients. This role sites on our Organic Growth team, aside other strong SEO Managers and SEO editors. This is how we look at SEO / Organic Growth: SEO is a business growth channel, not a traffic exercise Rankings are indicators — admissions are the goal Google rewards clarity, credibility, and consistency, not hacks Behavioral health SEO requires higher trust, higher scrutiny, and higher standards SEO, AEO, CRO, Technical, Local, and Content cannot operate in silos About the Role As an SEO Manager at Webserv, you'll be the strategic lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You'll own SEO strategy end-to-end — from technical audits and AI-assisted content optimization to E-E-A-T review, CRO, and the quarterly conversations where SEO performance gets translated into business impact. This role suits someone who can think like a strategist, communicate like a consultant, and execute like an operator. You'll have real ownership over your accounts, with light-touch collaboration from PPC, Sales, Admissions Ops, and Dev when growth opportunities or larger projects call for it.

What You'll Do Own SEO strategy and outcomes for your assigned clients — from full audits (technical, content, authority) to prioritized roadmaps tied to client business goals. Lead client relationships, including monthly check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), framing SEO performance in terms of leads, conversions, and revenue impact. Track and report on North Star Metrics (NSMs) — translating traffic, keyword visibility, and conversion data into clear "so what / now what" insights. Oversee AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, intent, and E-E-A-T alignment; incorporate SME and client insights to reinforce topical authority. Drive CRO by analyzing user behavior and improving conversion paths, CTAs, and UX flow. Implement smaller fixes directly; partner with Dev for larger builds. Run technical SEO for crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, and internal linking using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, and GSC. Identify consultative growth opportunities (upsells, cross-sells) when they're a real fit for the client's goals. Contribute to the team by sharing SOPs, case studies, and learnings that raise the bar for everyone. What You Bring Demonstrated experience leading SEO strategy and account management for multiple clients (agency experience strongly preferred). Strong technical SEO foundation — comfortable running audits, diagnosing issues, and validating fixes independently. Fluency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio (now Data studio, again). A consultative communication style — you can set expectations, handle objections, and tell a clear performance story. Experience working with AI-assisted content workflows and applying E-E-A-T principles. Strong project management instincts (Asana, Notion, or similar) — you keep things moving without needing to be chased. A growth mindset: you stay current on algorithm updates, AI search shifts, and best practices, and you actually apply what you learn. Behavioral health or healthcare client experience is a plus, not a requirement. Growth Path This role reports to the Director of Organic Growth and can grow into: Senior SEO Account Manager (larger, higher-revenue accounts) SEO Associate Director (team leadership and strategic oversight)
