About the role
Being a Sales Representative with us means leveraging your ability to build strong partnerships in order to develop and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting our electric heating products to current and potential clients across the Montréal, Laval, Lanaudière, and Laurentides regions.
In this role, you will:
- Visit distributors, electricians, engineers, and architects to maintain and develop long-term business relationships;
- Respond to customer needs by providing advice and training on our products, their installation, and their use;
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team in the quotation process;
- Provide high-quality customer service and after-sales support;
- Participate in promotional programs and new product launches;
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs;
- Represent the company at industry events;
- Install and maintain displays and showrooms at client locations.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- 
A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a sales-related role; 
- 
A diploma in a technical field (engineering, electricity, HVAC, etc.) or in business administration or marketing; 
- 
Knowledge of the construction and/or electrical distribution industries (an asset); 
- 
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy; 
- 
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in French and functional English (for communication with English-speaking clients); 
- 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
