Benefits
- Base salary + Uncapped commissions on sales + bonus
- Monthly car allowance: $750
- Monthly phone allowance: $50 -2 weeks paid vacation , 3 paid sick days, and a fully paid Christmas/New Year’s break

- Ability to conduct energy and water audits, assessments, and perform sales presentations using approved materials and procedures
- Strong time-management skills, goal-setting ability, and a drive to meet agreed-upon sales objectives and minimum targets
- Team members who communicate daily with various departments and the Executive Director
- Individuals who adhere to all corporate Sales Policies as outlined and updated by Sales Management

Ongoing Key Performance Indicators
-100 enrolled Small Volume RCEs per month within assigned territory
- Successful completion of annual certification tests, training tests, and criminal record checks
- Attendance at company conferences and meetings
- Respect for work hours: 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (Available operating hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s licence, and be insurable
