Midland Transportis looking for a motivated individual to work as aBilingual Customer Service Representative.
This a 100% Work from Home opportunity. Applicant must leave within Atlantic Canada.
The successful candidate will have a quiet work area away from distraction, an appropriate work desk, an ergonomic chair and be able to meet all safety requirements.
We are looking for someone who has the drive to go above and beyond the call of duty in providing Superior Quality Service for our customers.
This is a Permanent, Part-time role – 20 hours per week -Monday to Friday (11 am 3 pm)

Respond to inbound call inquiries in a professional and timely manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Enter pickups and deliveries on timely and precise manner

Coordinate special movement of freight, trace shipments and research adjustments

Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with the company's values and policies

Support other team members by contributing to the team effort

Education Required: Minimum High School diploma

Years of Experience Required: <2 years -Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English)

Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills

The ability to work effectively and efficiently with both internal and external customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suit

Knowledge of telephone systems and AS400 system as an asset
