En tant que notaire au sein de notre cabinet, vous participerez activement à la rédaction et à la révision d’actes notariés, tout en accompagnant une clientèle variée dans ses projets personnels et professionnels. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d’autres notaires, avocats et techniciens juridiques dans un environnement stimulant et bienveillant.
Vos principales responsabilités incluront
Rédiger, réviser et authentifier divers actes notariés (testaments, mandats, ventes, hypothèques, conventions, etc.) ; Conseiller les clients avec professionnalisme et empathie dans leurs démarches juridiques ; Effectuer des vérifications et des recherches nécessaires à la bonne préparation des dossiers ; Assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers et le respect des échéanciers ; Collaborer avec les autres membres du cabinet afin d’offrir un service intégré et personnalisé à la clientèle.
Profil recherché
Qualifications : Membre en règle de la Chambre des notaires du Québec ; De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en pratique notariale (succession, immobilier, droit de la personne ou corporatif) ;
Compétences
Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l’anglais (clientèle bilingue) ; Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en valorisant le travail d’équipe ; Rigueur, discrétion et souci du détail ; Bon sens de l’organisation et du service à la clientèle ; Intérêt pour un environnement multidisciplinaire alliant collaboration et innovation.

About Alepin Gauthier Avocats
Alepin Gauthier Avocats was founded in 1978 by Me François Alepin. Me Alepin is and has always been at the service of local entrepreneurs. A few years later, Me Brigitte Gauthier joined the firm and quickly became a partner, thus founding the family law department. The firm now has close to 120 team members, including senior lawyers who have been practicing here for more than 30 years. The family character of the firm is one of its prides and allows for a human approach, both with the members of its team and with the businesses and families it serves. As such, Me Chanel Alepin and Me Maxime Alepin have officially joined the firm as partners in 2021.

Over the years, Alepin Gauthier has also entered into agreements with various legal firms in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. As a result, our firm finds itself in the position to meet the expectations and requirements of clients who deal outside of Quebec.
