Service à la clientèle:
- Être au fait des produits et services proposés par l’entreprise
- Répondre aux questions élémentaires des clients
- Proposer des informations de base sur les produits
- Inviter les clients à passer par le site internet de l’entreprise pour trouver des instructions plus précises
Tâches administratives:
- Recevoir et distribuer les faxes
- Vérifier la boîte courriel de la réception et acheminer les courriels aux personnes concernées lorsque c’est nécessaire
- Faxer sur demande les informations relatives aux produits ou aux ateliers de formation
- Assister les autres départements lorsque cela est nécessaire
À propos de vous Vous êtes fait pour le rôle de Répartiteur, trice si votre expérience professionnelle inclut :
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais), une partie de l’équipe et des clients étant à l’extérieur du Québec.
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique
- Minimum de 1 an d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine du service à la clientèle
- Capacité à faire des calculs simples
- Sens des priorités et de l’organisation
- Capacités d’analyse
- Capacité à analyser des textes simples
- Capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Bonnes capacités de communication
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Word et Excel
- Disponibilité à travailler des heures supplémentaires et les fins de semaines en saison d’impôts
Atouts:
- Diplôme collégial/universitaire
- Bonne connaissance du cycle comptable et/ou expérience dans un bureau comptable
- Diplôme des cours d’impôt de H&R Block
- Intérêt pour les impôts ou la fiscalité
- Connaissance en matière d’impôts sur le revenu des sociétés (T2/CO-17) et/ou fiducie (T3/TP-646)

About The Role In this opportunity as Tax Support Agent , you will:
- Answer and transfer phone calls promptly and courteously
- Transfer callers to the appropriate voicemail boxes
- Take messages and distribute them to the appropriate individuals
Customer Service to clients:
- Be knowledgeable regarding the Company's products and services
- Respond to clients' basic questions
- Offer basic product Information as required
- Direct callers to the Company website for further instructions
General administrative tasks:
- Receive and distribute faxes
- Verify general e-mail account and forward e-mails to appropriate individuals
- Fax product or workshop information to customers upon request
- Assist other departments as required
About You
- Bilingualism (French and English), part of the team and clients being outside of Quebec
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good computer skills
- Ability to perform simple calculations
- Sense of organization and priorities
- Analytical
- Ability to analyze basic text
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team-work oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Availability to work overtime and weekends in busy tax season
Assets:
- College/University degree
- H&R Block tax course graduate
- Good knowledge of the accounting cycle and/or experience in an accounting office
- Interest for taxation
- Knowledge of corporate income tax (T2/CO-17) and/or trust (T3/TP-646).
