About the role
We are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our TeksMed team in Chilliwack.
The Support Coordinator reports directly to the Vice President, Operations and is primarily accountable for ensuring the highest levels of quality are delivered in supporting the operations of the business. In addition to this, they are responsible for ensuring all employees have the tools and resources available to complete their daily job responsibilities.
The Support Coordinator will:
- Perform various data system tasks
- Generate reports
- Create and update client information packages
- Manage the shared email inbox
- Develop and maintain internal schedules
- Organize and save internal documents
- Conduct monthly supplies inventory
- Send reminders and announcements (internally and externally)
- Provide support to all members of the support team
To be successful as a Support Coordinator with TeksMed, you will need:
- Attention to detail, prioritization and organization skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions with confidence
- Ability to investigate and research independently
- Strong analytical abilities
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
- Demonstrable patience and care when advising/educating team members

The base salary range for this position is $37,000 – 39,000 per annum. Details of the total compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
