We're Hiring: Residential Appraiser Candidate (AIC Candidate Member)

Location: Southern Saskatchewan (Remote work)

Reynolds Appraisals is seeking an AIC Candidate Member who is actively working toward their CRA designation to join our growing appraisal practice.

This is an independent contractor position and is ideal for a motivated candidate looking to gain experience, receive mentorship, and build a successful long-term career in residential appraisal.

At Reynolds Appraisals, we believe in developing appraisers, not simply assigning files. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property inspections
• Complete market and neighbourhood research
• Prepare residential appraisal reports
• Maintain accurate work files and supporting documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients and industry stakeholders
• Manage assignments and deadlines effectively Qualifications:
• Active AIC Candidate Member status
• Currently working toward CRA designation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Compensation Structure

• This position is offered on an independent contractor basis.
• Compensation is based on a fee-split arrangement, allowing candidates to directly benefit from their production and professional growth. Specific fee-split details will be discussed with qualified applicants based on experience, training requirements, and stage of designation progress.
• Please note that, as a contractor position, compensation is commission-based through appraisal fee sharing and does not include employee benefits, paid vacation, statutory holiday pay, or other employee benefit programs. We understand the challenges involved in obtaining a CRA designation and are committed to helping the right candidate build both their technical skills and professional confidence.
