As Sr. Manager, Esports Partnerships Marketing, you will guide the strategy and execution of partner marketing initiatives across our esports ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Esports, you will collaborate with our Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to create integrated programs that amplify fan experiences and deliver measurable value. You will help us shape the future of esports partnerships, ensuring our activations are creative, impactful, and recognized for their excellence.

Responsibilities

You will lead the development and execution of partner marketing strategies, translating agreements into integrated activations across broadcast, live events, digital, and in-game experiences for our esports programs. You will collaborate with our Commercial Partnerships and Marketing teams to improve partner programs, bringing forward insights from activation performance and audience engagement to inform future opportunities. You will serve as the primary marketing lead for partner teams, guiding best practices for engaging esports audiences and managing activation workstreams including timelines, deliverables, and approvals. You will define and track KPIs for partner marketing programs, deliver post-campaign reporting, and provide clear recommendations to improve future activations and inform broader partnership strategy.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships marketing, or integrated brand campaigns, with hands-on experience in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment. Experience developing and executing co-branded campaigns or partner activations that deliver measurable value and fan-first experiences across multiple channels. Experience analyzing campaign performance data and presenting insights to partners, including recommendations for improving activations. Experience working in a matrixed, global organization, collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver integrated programs.
