As a Line Cook, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests across the restaurant, lounge, and in room dining operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative kitchen team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel recipes and standards
• Review daily production sheets and assist with food preparation for service
• Ensure station setup and closing procedures are completed properly
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Minimize food waste through proper rotation, labeling, and storage practices
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe using a “clean as you go” approach
• Assist with daily features and specials alongside the Executive Chef
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Provide exceptional guest service through quality food preparation and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cooking experience in a fast paced or high volume kitchen environment preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and continuous learning

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
