About the role

You're not here to pitch an institution. You're building trust with families as they navigate one of the most consequential decisions they'll ever make.

Alpha's model is unlike anything else: students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing critical real-world competencies — entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. With 25 new campuses set to launch by the close of 2025, every location begins with a single, pivotal interaction: the admissions process. You are that starting point.

This role delivers a premium, personalized experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional funnel or a scripted routine. You'll guide your assigned families through the entire admissions cycle, from initial inquiry to final transition, ensuring concierge-quality engagement at every touchpoint. You'll assess incoming leads, support families through complex decision-making, and deploy AI-driven tools to eliminate administrative friction so your energy stays where it belongs: on relationships, outcomes, and credibility.

If you're seeking a position that blends high-stakes client service with rapid execution — and where AI is foundational, not decorative — submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions experience for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM analytics, and AI-powered insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing engagement — maintaining a white-glove standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize manual effort.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible processes — this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you won't be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from initial contact through final handoff.

Senior Admissions Counselor Key Responsibilities Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that cultivates family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

  • Established comfort with AI technologies, automation frameworks, and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated capacity to execute details impeccably — including record-keeping, follow-through, and CRM discipline.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or a demonstrated commitment to transforming education.

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.

Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.

It's hard, but it's worth it!
