This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Engineer, Link based in Canada. This Full Stack Engineer role sits at the core of a global payments platform, focused on building seamless, secure, and high-performance digital wallet experiences used by millions of users worldwide. You will work across the full technology stack to design and deliver scalable features that power fast, reliable online transactions across devices and browsers. The role combines product engineering, infrastructure awareness, and customer-focused problem solving in a highly collaborative, distributed environment. You will contribute to both user-facing experiences and backend systems that ensure low-latency, secure payment flows. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help evolve a rapidly growing product suite while maintaining high engineering standards. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how users interact with digital payments globally. \n
Accountabilities: Design, build, and maintain full stack features across a global digital payments and wallet platform. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems supporting real-time transaction processing. Debug and resolve production issues across multiple services and layers of the technology stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve product capabilities at scale. Contribute to backend and frontend engineering standards, tooling, and development best practices. Mentor and support other engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Work in a distributed environment with strong communication and alignment across global teams. Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across services. Requirements: 2–10+ years of software engineering experience in industry environments (internships excluded). Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ability to work across the stack. Experience building scalable web applications and working with distributed systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional engineering environments. Ability to work independently with high autonomy and ownership of complex technical problems. Comfortable working as a generalist across multiple technologies and layers of the stack. Interest in financial systems, payments, or large-scale transactional platforms. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, or GraphQL is a plus. Benefits: Competitive compensation package including base salary and potential bonus.
