About the role
At Arrowquip and Yakta, we’ve built two globally recognized brands by doing things differently. We don’t follow the industry — we lead it. We’re looking for a Creative Videographer who’s ready to bring our video strategy to life, elevate our storytelling, and set the bar for how our brands show up on every screen
This is an exciting creative role that allows you to contribute directly to content that drives engagement, supports sales, and strengthens brand loyalty around the world.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality video content that showcases our unique selling points, engages our audience, and drives conversions.

Deliver long-form and short-form content for YouTube, social media, paid ads, web, and dealer networks.

Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement.
-
Repurpose existing assets whenever possible to maximize resources.

Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Manager, and marketing team to align all projects with brand strategy and Go-To-Market plans.

Maintain at least a two-week buffer for all social video deliverables.

Produce hero videos, product walkthroughs, dealer training content, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Support production planning and execution, keeping projects on schedule and within scope.
How You’ll Be Measured

YouTube Audience Retention (Arrowquip & Yakta) — continuous improvement.

YouTube Engagements — likes, comments, shares, discussions.

Social Video Performance — views, watch time, engagement rates.
What Were Looking For

Videography, editing, and motion graphics experience with a standout portfolio.

Strong storytelling skills with a knack for engaging, shareable content.

Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Bonus: familiarity with agriculture, ranching, or equipment sectors.
