Division: Key Accounts (DC)

Location : Montreal, Quebec

Responsibilities We are currently seeking a talented, resourceful, confident candidate to join our team as our R.M.A. specialist. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Handling product returns;
• Issuing RMAs (return merchandize authorizations)
• Processing sample account transactions and sales;
• Correcting shipping errors;
• Forwarding EDI transmissions;
• Processing inventory adjustments;
• Performing account reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, specifically dealing with returns and RMAs;
• Complete post secondary education;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications;
• Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong sense of urgency;
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Bilingual.
