You’ll foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, making sure every client’s hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable.Reporting to our Appointment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client care demonstrated by performing the following duties and responsibilities:
Deliver a premium client experience through outbound calls that uphold the highest standards of service excellence while scheduling hearing test appointments. Represent HearingLife as a trusted provider, ensuring each interaction reflects our premium brand standards and commitment to patient care. Use call guides and workflows as frameworks while exercising professional judgment to adapt conversations to the client’s health concerns, questions, and comfort level. Build rapport with new and existing clients, listen actively, and communicate clearly to help clients understand the value and next steps of a hearing assessment. Accurately document client information, outcomes, and appointment details in the CRM system to ensure seamless clinic handoff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HearingLife services, clinic offerings, and hearing health fundamentals to support confident, informed conversations Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and actively collaborate with the Team Lead to meet and exceed performance goals. Work both onsite and remotely as required.
Working Hours
TRAINING (first 4 weeks): Monday-Friday. 8 AM-4 PM
Regular shift:o Monday-Friday: 9 AM-5 PM What you will need:
Demonstrated premium customer service or client-focused sales skills. Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
Strong listening, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to balance efficiency with high-quality, patient-centred conversations Reliable high-speed internet with a hardwired Ethernet connection (for remote work) Proficiency with CRM systems and general office productivity tools. Hearing healthcare or clinical appointment-setting experience is an asset but not required.
