Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support healthcare application testing initiatives for Shared Health under the Ministry of Health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements for healthcare information systems.
This role requires hands-on experience in healthcare environments, including testing applications supporting clinical and administrative processes, validating business workflows, performing data validation, and executing OpenID Connect testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong Quality Assurance expertise, healthcare system testing experience, and the ability to collaborate with business teams, developers, and project stakeholders.
Mandatory Qualification (Pass/Fail)
Candidates Must Provide Proof Of
Degree or diploma in one of the following areas
Software Quality Assurance Computer Science Application Development Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Test Planning, Design & Execution
Develop and execute detailed: Test scenarios Test scripts Test cases Validate application functionality against: Functional requirements Non-functional requirements Business processes Analyze system requirements and translate them into effective testing approaches. Execute test plans and document testing outcomes. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Healthcare Application Testing
Perform testing for healthcare information systems supporting: Clinical operations Administrative healthcare processes Business workflows Develop healthcare-specific testing scenarios and validation procedures.
Validate
Application functionality Business processes Data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
Quality Assurance Analysis
Perform QA activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Support quality assurance processes including
Test planning Test execution Defect management Test reporting Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Provide recommendations to improve application quality and reliability.
OpenID Connect Testing
Perform OpenID Connect testing activities including: Test script execution Scenario validation Configuration verification Workflow testing Validate authentication workflows across: Desktop applications Mobile applications Document testing results and identify configuration or workflow issues.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work collaboratively with: Developers Business analysts Project managers Healthcare stakeholders Other QA resources Prepare and maintain QA documentation.
Provide clear communication regarding
