Description & Requirements Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. (Pour visualiser la description de poste en français, veuillez sélectionner le français dans le menu déroulant au haut de la page sous "Select Language".) Our motive is to develop innovative action games set in iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Let's say that again—iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Our passion has taken us from imagining dogfighter pilots in Star Wars™: Squadrons to re-creating Isaac Clarke onboard the Ishimura in Dead Space™.

Currently, we're working on two exciting projects, an original Iron Man™ action-adventure game and what's coming next for Battlefield™.

We believe in sharing our passion with our community and each other, fostering an inclusive culture, and nurturing a growth mindset.

Although our approach may seem simple, it leads us to create the best work of our careers, bringing unique and immersive experiences to our players.

Motive is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our team, passionate about both process and gaming, with in-depth knowledge of game development, acquired by having led and managed the delivery of AAA game experiences including Live Services.

The role reports to the Executive Producer at Motive in Montreal and collaborate with our director team, and global leaders across Battlefield Studios.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of a portion of the game while ensuring we reach the expected quality on time and within budget.
  • Support diverse teams through game development and live service according to production practices.
  • Work with Game Team Directors to set goals aligned with the projects’ vision.
  • Develop and maintain project indicators that track project quality, delivery, financial status and risks.
  • Increase collaboration across multiple teams, studios, and time zones across continents, while resolving complex issues and building systems to circumvent them in the future. You will become a productivity master, unlocking these teams' potential to achieve operational targets.
  • Partner with Craft Leads and Development Directors in assessing scope/capacity for sprint planning and other milestones.
  • Provide guidance to the production staff including coaching to improve performance, evaluating and recognizing achievements.
  • Guide quality for the group and partner with playtests and UX to measure overall product quality.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior level operations and leadership experience including managing large teams at scale, with experience shipping and overseeing successful product development from start to final delivery.
  • 10+ years of expertise in the games industry that includes multiple product cycles within console/PC strategy and Live Service.
  • 5+ years of leadership within an AAA game development organization with financial insight and P&L mindset.
  • 5+ years of influencing a team through change management, including partner and team management, risk assessments, including failures.
  • 5+ years of experience that includes long range operational strategies to support the product strategy including applying future technologies, organizational effectiveness, strategic staffing, and managing distributed workforce.
  • Experience managing senior staff across a range of disciplines, including hiring, career development, and dealing with performance issues.
  • You have a passion for games and a good understanding of the video game industry.
  • Travel both domestically and internationally to engage with partner studios.
