About the Role: You will deliver high-quality esthetic and body treatments in a calm, welcoming environment, creating personalized experiences that leave guests feeling relaxed, confident, and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of esthetic and body treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, and tinting
• Deliver services safely, efficiently, and to brand standards
• Assess guest needs and customize treatments accordingly
• Maintain treatment rooms and shared spaces to hygiene and sanitization standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and manage feedback professionally
• Recommend spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with spa team members and leadership to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Esthetics diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
• 3 years previous spa experience preferred; hotel or resort spa experience an asset
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Professional appearance and adherence to spa dress code
• Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Schedule:

• 6 to 8 hour shifts
