Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Workday Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Workday solutions by gathering business requirements, analysing processes and collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements. Support Workday implementation, configuration, testing and deployment activities. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and IT teams to improve business processes. Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation. Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking. Analyse business workflows and recommend Workday solutions. Generate reports, dashboards and workforce analytics. Support data validation, migration and system integration activities. Troubleshoot Workday issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams. Maintain system documentation and business process guides. Assist with Workday releases, enhancements and system upgrades.
