As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll be at the forefront of this mission—driving our global expansion and revenue growth strategy across multiple product lines and markets. What You’ll Be Involved In
- Lead and contribute to the execution of a scalable global growth strategy that aligns with Maropost’s vision and supports multi-product expansion across key regions including North America, EMEA, and ANZ.
- Own revenue strategy and execution to exceed $500M+, developing high-performance sales teams, channel strategies and value based selling approaches.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, verticals, and customer segments to drive new business opportunities.
- Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing international sales organization, including new business, account executives, and regional leadership.
- Lead and scale strategic partnerships and alliances
- Provide thought leadership to create successful cross-functional team with a bias for customer centricity and focus on execution of business growth through accountability and ownership.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy tailored to Maropost’s key product lines and customer segments to optimize profitability.
- Manage customer interactions with the goal of enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish and evolve global go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with Product and Marketing, ensuring regional market dynamics, sales cycles, and localization needs are considered.
- Leverage data, CRM, and sales enablement tools to provide insight-driven decision making and forecasting.
- Stay ahead of competitive and industry trends, continuously evolving strategy to maintain market leadership.
What You’ll Bring To Maropost

10+ years of experience in senior Sales Leadership roles
-
A strong record of driving revenue growth across B2B SaaS markets, in ecommerce and retail is a must have.

Proven leadership in a multi-product business environment, within companies generating $80M+ in annual revenue.

Experience with scaling high-performing sales teams across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, ANZ), with deep knowledge of regional dynamics and localization strategies.

Demonstrated success in building and executing global go-to-market strategies across multi-product organizations, including managing product interdependencies and cross-border sales efforts.

Strong background in channel development, key account management, and sales operations optimization at scale.

Skilled in aligning cross-functional stakeholders, driving results, and leading organizational change.

Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Apollo).

Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making expertise.

Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing future Sales leaders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
