What We Are Looking For :
We’re currently seeking a Senior Manager, CFO Advisor to join our forward-thinking, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor, leading client engagements that demand accuracy, insight, and vision.

You’ll balance hands-on financial leadership with the ability to see the big picture, guiding clients through audits, reporting, forecasting, and complex decision-making. At the same time, you’ll inspire confidence and clarity for executives, boards, and business owners who rely on you to translate financial data into meaningful action.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Lead client engagements as a trusted CFO advisor, providing financial reporting, audit coordination, and strategic guidance.
• Oversee preparation, review, and presentation of financial statements and reporting packages to executives, boards, and owners.
• Provide in-depth analysis of budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and KPIs, helping clients anticipate challenges and seize opportunities.
• Guide clients through year-end audit processes and liaise directly with external auditors.
• Mentor and develop team members, building technical strength and consulting capacity within the firm.
• Ensure the profitability of client files through accurate billing, efficiency, and value-driven delivery.
• Represent TCO in the community, supporting business development and growth of the firm.

Education and Experience :

• CPA designation
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, audit, or advisory, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
• Experience preparing and reviewing audited financial statements.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Dext, Plooto, ApprovalMax) considered an asset.
