Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity policies, strategies, and governance frameworks aligned with standards like ISO 22301. Identify critical business functions, assess dependencies, and define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs). Evaluate potential threats such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, and operational failures, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Design and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and conduct regular drills, tabletop exercises, and simulations to validate their effectiveness. Educate employees and leadership on BCM roles, responsibilities, and plan execution to ensure organizational readiness during a disruption. Provide hands-on guidance during real disruptions, coordinate recovery efforts, and drive ongoing improvements based on lessons learned and audit findings.
