As the organization continues to grow and strengthen its management platform, they are seeking a Senior Property Manager who can contribute to its strong market reputation while making a meaningful impact across a well-established commercial platform.

Your New Role

The Senior Property Manager will provide professional oversight across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial performance, tenant relations, capital projects, lease administration, and overall portfolio management.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, tenants, vendors, contractors, accounting, and administrative staff to ensure each property operates efficiently and to a high standard. You will also lead building operations staff and Property Administrators, ensuring strong communication, consistent service delivery, and proper execution of property management procedures.

Key responsibilities include preparing annual operating and capital budgets, completing monthly variance reporting, overseeing operating cost reconciliations, managing approved capital and repair projects, coordinating tenant improvement work, and ensuring accurate invoicing and collection of rent.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 8-10 years of experience in commercial property management and hold a valid and active rental management license with BCFSA.

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to work effectively with tenants, clients, vendors, contractors, ownership groups, and internal teams. You bring sound judgement, strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. You are a proactive, professional, and hands-on leader who can balance operational priorities, financial accountability, and stakeholder expectations.
