We are looking for a warm, patient, and experienced Spanish-speaking Home Support Worker to support a lovely client in Richmond, BC. This role is perfect for someone who truly enjoys creating comfort, connection, and stability for seniors—especially those living with dementia.

What You’ll Do
Provide gentle and respectful personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Support dementia-related needs with patience, redirection, and emotional reassurance
Offer medication reminders
Assist with safe mobility throughout the home and to appointments
Prepare simple, healthy meals
Help with light housekeeping and laundry
Engage the client in meaningful, comforting, and stimulating activities
Monitor and report any changes in condition
Respond calmly and safely in emergencies
Your presence, warmth, and support will make a world of difference for this client and their family.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent Spanish speaker (client requirement)
Experience caring for individuals with dementia
Genuine compassion and patience
Experience working in a one-on-one home care setting
Ability To Perform Essential Job Duties Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred)
Flexible availability (weekends/evenings as needed)
Minimum 1 year of experience in home support, healthcare, or a similar field
High school diploma or equivalent
