Role Reports To Warehouse Supervisor

Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Guelph

Work Location: Fully Onsite

What You Will Do The Inbound/Outbound clerk works independently with minimal direction to perform a wide variety of the Warehouse department job functions in a fast-paced work environment. The Inbound/Outbound clerk is the first point of contact for

delivery drivers, is responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities. This individual is responsible for ensuring accuracy of all shipping/receiving bill of lading documents, ensures

all purchase orders are accurate, coordinates with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely. The individual also notifies carriers/key team members of pending/no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals, and enters all data into warehousing scheduling tool (OpenDock). All activities are performed in compliance with company safety and hygiene requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities
  • Ensures accuracy of all shipping/receiving bill of lading documents, ensures all purchase orders are accurate for receiving
  • Notifies carriers/key team members of pending/no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals
  • Enters all data into warehousing scheduling tool (OpenDock).
  • Executes GMFs
  • Performs other related or assigned duties as required in all assigned areas.

Required Qualifications What are we looking for

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 Education
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • GMP Knowledge
  • Forklift License for narrow aisle high reach and counter balance dock truck
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Good general knowledge of MS Excel, Word, File and document management in a Windows Environment
  • SAP Basic training, MM training, PP Training, SD training and WM Certification preferred

What’s In It For You Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$47,000.00 - $75,325.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
