Graham is actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor the Accounts Payable Clerk plays a key role in supporting accurate and timely transactional accounting processes, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
This will be a temporary part-time (3 days per week) opportunity, until June 2026, supporting the Calgary Corporate Accounts Payable team.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Process and accurately enter vendor and subtrade invoices in accordance with SLAs and company procedures
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies directly with vendors
- Support Accounts Payable collections, including credit notes and payment deposits
- Ensure compliance with federal/provincial tax requirements, internal controls, and documented accounting processes
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, buyers, and Operations accounting teams
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: High school diploma, or equivalent with specialized training. Business Administration education preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience, including Accounts Payable
- Software: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and ERP systems
