ROBINSON’s Project Coordinator is a key role as it acts as the liaison between Customers, Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Vendors, and the internal ROBINSON teams. The Project Coordinator uses their organization, communication, problem solving abilities, and customer service skills to ensure an easy & enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with experience in the plumbing and/or lighting industry, with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects at once, and top-notch customer service skills, to join our team!
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and manage all project records.
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotes for customers.
- Provide product specification packages for customers.
- Communicate and exchange information with customers, suppliers, contractors, and company sales staff to ensure project in on track.
- Coordinate with manufactures and reps on ETA's and product availability.
- Schedule orders based on customers requirements for job.
- Coordinate ordering and delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate product deliveries to job sites, source alternative product if required.
- Notify Outside Sales of any issues with orders.
- Review and action change orders and addendums.
- Process customer returns with the approval of the Outside Sales representative.
- Follow-up with vendors on issues related to customer's orders.
- Partner and work with Credit Department.
- Point of contact for billing inquiries on projects.
About You:
- You have prior experience working in a lighting or plumbing wholesale branch. Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a related industry is a strong asset

- You are detailed orientated, responsive, and resourceful
- You are able to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines and have an innate ability to identify roadblocks and execute solutions
