Compensation for this role ranges from $25.00–$30.00 per hour and is based on your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.

There's a certain feeling you get in Barrie.

Maybe it's the quiet beauty of Kempenfelt Bay in the early morning.
The comfort of familiar coffee shops along Mapleview Drive.
Or the way this growing city still manages to feel personal, welcoming, and deeply connected.

At Mapleview Family Dentistry, we believe that same feeling should exist inside our clinic walls too.

Because dentistry is about so much more than teeth.

It's about helping someone feel safe when they're anxious.
Helping someone smile again after years of insecurity.
Helping families feel cared for, heard, and genuinely supported.

And that's exactly where you come in.

Why This Role Matters

This is not "just" an administrative role.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you become one of the most important parts of a patient's journey.

You are often the first person patients trust.
The reassuring presence when someone feels overwhelmed.
The calm voice that helps make difficult decisions feel manageable.

You help patients understand their care, their options, and their path forward — not with pressure, but with empathy, patience, and compassion.

For some patients, your kindness may be what finally gives them the confidence to move forward with treatment they've delayed for years.

That matters.

✨ More Than a Workplace — A Team That Feels Like Family

At Mapleview Family Dentistry, we've built a culture where people genuinely care about one another.

We support each other on difficult days.
We celebrate wins together.
And we work hard to create an environment where both our patients and our team members feel valued and respected.

You won't feel like "just another employee" here.

Your voice will matter.
Your contributions will be appreciated.
And the relationships you build — both with patients and your teammates — will make coming to work feel meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Helping patients navigate insurance and financial options in a supportive, non-intimidating way
  • Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth patient flow
  • Following up on pending treatment with care and professionalism
  • Supporting both clinical and administrative teams to create an exceptional patient experience
  • Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
  • Building long-term relationships with patients and families who trust our care

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Dental Administrator or Treatment Coordinator is required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • A calm, compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Someone who thrives in a busy environment while staying positive and solution-focused
  • A true team player who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed

Why Join Mapleview Family Dentistry

  • A supportive, close-knit team environment
  • Leadership that truly values and respects your contributions
  • A modern, organized clinic designed for success
  • Opportunities for growth and long-term development
  • Meaningful work where your impact is felt every single day
  • A culture rooted in kindness, compassion, teamwork, and human connection

What We're Really Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands that behind every treatment plan is a real person.

Someone who may feel nervous.
Someone who may have avoided dentistry for years.
Someone who simply needs patience, reassurance, and someone they can trust.

We're looking for someone who leads with heart.

Someone who can turn a stressful experience into a positive one simply through kindness, empathy, and genuine care.

If that sounds like you, we would truly love to meet you.
