About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Prepare general ledger. Prepare journal entry. Manage accounts receivable. Manage accounts payable. Prepare trial balance. Open and close books for auditors. Prepare bank reconciliations. Review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns. Invoice clients. Collect payments from debtors. Assess fixed assets and depreciation. Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting . Prepare income tax. Store, update and retrieve financial data. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Organize and maintain inventory. Prepare financial statements and reports. Prepare reports. Manage cash. Conduct routine statistical analysis of the data. Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Team player. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication. Analytical. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
