We are looking to expand our Manufacturing team with the addition of a Production Team Lead. Reporting to the Manufacturing and Production Leader, this position will be responsible for leading the production team by overseeing the operation of pick and place machines, reflow ovens, various hand soldering tools, and occasionally 3D printers. This is a full-time, permanent position, Sunday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership Coordinating employee responsibilities and work flow Lead employees through coaching and training, setting up an effective training process for new employees Streamline processes and practices for simple but effective facility operations Leveraging leadership in decision making for the team as needed Foster communication between employees and senior management to ensure staff are aware of, and updated on schedule/changes Other tasks and duties as assigned Machine Operation SMT Line Operation Pick & Place Machine ( Small SMT VP-2800-HP ) Reflow Oven ( Neoden IN6 ) Air Compressor FDM Print Farm Operation 3D Printers ( Prusa MK3S+ ) Fabrication & Assembly Use various hand and power tools to complete game component assemblies based on part drawings and assembly guides Update component assembly guides as changes occur Prepare small-batch wiring harness orders for concept prototyping
