Job Title: Solutions Manager
Location: Toronto, Canada
Pay Range: CAD $90,000–$170,000 per year + Annual Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Do
Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Conduct in-depth research on customer needs and industry trends, analyze business pain points, and design customized solutions based on the company's products and service capabilities. Deliver solution documentation to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business objectives, laying a solid foundation for project implementation. Project Advancement and Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams such as sales, product development, and delivery to integrate resources, develop project plans, and control project progress and quality. Resolve issues during implementation to ensure smooth solution deployment, achieving customer value and business goals. Solution Optimization and Innovation: Continuously monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Analyze data to optimize existing solutions; explore new technologies and models to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and maintain a leading position in the market. Customer Relationship and Value Mining: Maintain strong customer relationships, deeply understand customer operations, and identify potential needs. Provide ongoing service and professional advice; leverage successful case studies to drive customer renewals and upsells, deepen partnerships, and expand the company's business influence. Capability Building and Knowledge Sharing: Summarize project experiences, extract reusable solutions, methodologies, and best practices. Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing to empower the team, improve overall solution design and implementation capabilities, and support business growth.
About You
Experience: 3–5 years in solution design, with 1–2 years directly related to overseas warehouse planning and execution. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data. Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions. Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges. Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations).
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
