About the role
IntelliStaff is hiring an experienced ERP Implementation Review Consultant to lead an independent review of an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout. This hybrid role combines both on-site work in Nunavut and remote flexibility. The consultant will evaluate the system, identify gaps, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to optimize operations and guide the next phase of development.
Responsibilities
- Assess the ERP system’s alignment with business and functional requirements.
- Review data migration processes for accuracy and quality.
- Evaluate system configuration, security controls, and integrations.
- Analyze change management practices, training effectiveness, and user adoption.
- Gather user feedback on ERP performance and usability.
- Identify issues, risks, and gaps with recommendations for resolution.
- Deliver a final report and presentation outlining improvement strategies and a roadmap for ongoing development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP governance, change management, security, and integrations.
- Experience evaluating and optimizing ERP projects with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop practical recommendations and long-term sustainability models.
