WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for enterprise-scale ERP platforms, owning the end-to-end application lifecycle and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, security requirements, and business strategy.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support for ERP systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex functional, integration, and data-related issues escalated from service desk or business users.
  • Partner with business leaders, process owners, and IT stakeholders to analyze complex business processes and requirements, translating them into scalable ERP configurations, enhancements, and solution designs.
  • Lead and support ERP vendor management, including coordination with implementation partners and software vendors to ensure SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, and alignment with product roadmaps and upgrade strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with data, integration, and infrastructure teams to design, maintain, and support ERP integrations, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and end-to-end process continuity across the enterprise.
  • Participate in and support ERP disaster recovery planning, business continuity, backup verification, and recovery testing, ensuring critical enterprise systems meet availability and resiliency requirements.
  • Support change management and ERP release cycles, including upgrades, patches, and new module implementations; contribute to testing, deployment planning, user communications, and training where required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize ERP usage, recommending process improvements, automation, new modules, or functionality that improve efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to plan, test, and deploy ERP changes, ensuring changes adhere to quality standards, minimize business disruption, and support long-term platform stability.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and enterprise systems experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Senior Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting largescale ERP platforms in complex, multiuser environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems, with Yardi strongly preferred and experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting property management, asset management, financial, or investment management systems within a mid to large organization.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in ERP configuration, security, workflows, integrations, and data structures, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Proven experience providing Tier 2/3 application support, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating issue resolution with vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements, and change management initiatives, including testing, documentation, and user enablement.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
