Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Computer and technology knowledge: Database software. MS Office. Electronic mail. Technical terminology: Business. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Personal suitability: Judgement. Organized. Team player. Client focus. Reliability. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Day.
