About the role
Job Summary As a SAP EWM Functional Analyst, you are responsible for optimizing and supporting logistics business processes. You translate business needs into IT solutions by designing and modeling processes, and you contribute to the full lifecycle of SAP EWM projects—from analysis and design to implementation and post-deployment support. You manage enhancement requests, incidents, and logistics portfolio projects in close collaboration with the project office and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities Solution Implementation: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Estimate development efforts and define implementation plans.
Recommend and present value-added solutions.
Create graphical process flow documentation.
Configure and customize SAP EWM-YL and ECC (LE-TR).
Write functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
Prepare and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Train key users and prepare training materials.
Define roles and security objects.
Communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
Update documentation and plan data retention strategies.
Participate in deployment planning and execution.
Provide post-implementation support and stabilization.
Transfer knowledge to team members.
Process Support: Manage incidents and service requests related to SAP logistics.
Investigate and resolve production system issues.
Advise users on process improvement and innovation.
Lead technical workshops and training sessions.
Monitor production systems and anticipate risks.
Build strong relationships with business partners and translate their needs into technical requirements.
Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
University degree in IT, logistics, or equivalent experience.
Excellent knowledge of SAP EWM S/4HANA and ECC.
Experience in logistics and supply chain.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging, IDOC/EDI (X12), and SAP Fiori.
Experience with RF devices and their architecture.
Assets: SAP Yard Logistics, WCS automation, Agile methodology, SAP EWM certification, SAP Transport Management, RFID solutions.
Good understanding of SAP module integration (IM-MM-FI).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
Bilingual (French and English).
Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset, adaptability, and innovation-oriented.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
