What you will do: Are you a detail-driven Workday wizard with a passion for optimizing systems and improving user experiences? We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our growing team and support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, this is your chance to play a key role in advancing automation, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional service to users across the company. If you're tech-savvy, process-oriented, and excited by the intersection of people and technology, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM users, resolving issues and answering questions with a focus on service and efficiency
- Act as the go-to HRIS partner for specific functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Reporting
- Assist with configuring, testing, and deploying Workday functionality, including business process changes and annual system events
- Evaluate system releases and updates to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Partner with internal teams to develop and roll out system improvements and training for end-users
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure data integrity across HR processes
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and UAT for ongoing HRIS initiatives
- Support special projects that drive innovation and process improvement in HR operations
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Recruiting
- Experience with Benefits, Absence, or Reporting modules in Workday is a plus
- Familiarity with Workday configuration is an asset
- Solid understanding of HR operations and employee data management
- Strong communication and customer service skills—you’re comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
