Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guards in Canada**.**
Position: Security Guard - Residential - Overnights
Location: North York
Payrate: $19.00 per hour
Status: Full-time
Shift: Swing Rotation - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday (Overnight)
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard to oversee one of our residential sites in North York. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements:

Atleast 1 year Experience in Concierge Security experience.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.

Excellent written and oral communication
-
Must have a valid Ontario Security License.

Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.

First Aid and CPR
-
Valid Driver's Licence is an asset

Must be at least 30 years old
-
High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
