About the role
The Stewiacke Tim Hortons is looking to expand its leadership team by bringing in someone in the role of Afternoon Shift Supervisor.
This is a full-time and permanent role.
A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all standards are met throughout the shift. Communicate goals and coach team members while working as a team. Enforce policies throughout the shift and report directly to the Manager on a consistent basis.
This role holds a key to the store and is responsible for handling registers and completing a closing regime to ensure restaurant preparedness for the next day. The shift supervisor shifts will start as early as 12:00PM and may run as late as 10:30PM with the store closing at 10:00PM.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring closing duties are completed
- Clearing of tills
- Ensuring stations are stocked and ready for the morning rush
- Coaching team members and ensuring proper execution
- Work as a team lead to achieve daypart-specific goals
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns
Previous Tim Hortons experience is an asset, but not required.
