Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Media Strategist with 3+ years of experience who loves blending big-picture thinking with hands-on campaign setup. You won't just deploy campaigns; you'll own the entire media process, ensuring every action delivers measurable results.
The ideal person is a confident communicator who can comfortably lead strategy talks with clients and internal teams while keeping a sharp eye on project details like scope, budget, and timeline. If you're highly organized, analytical, and energized by turning data into clear next steps for everyone, you're exactly who we need to drive success here at Major Tom.
What We’re Looking For:
The must-haves:
- Media Planning & Strategy: Develop and present comprehensive, data-driven paid media plans, defining channels, targeting, budget allocations, and tactical rationale in alignment with client business objectives.
- Insights & Research: Conduct in-depth market, audience, and competitor research to uncover key insights that inform media plans, audits, and strategic optimizations.
- Reporting: Lead client performance calls, delivering presentable insights and tactical recommendations to stakeholders for reports, business reviews, and annual planning roadmaps.
- Client Onboarding & Workshops: Support new client onboarding and facilitate workshops to develop media solutions, coordinate platform access, and perform initial account audits for quick wins.
- Technical Execution: Own the development, configuration, and in-platform deployment of multiple paid media campaigns. Build custom audiences, tracking events, and integrate third-party data sources.
- Campaign Management: Proactively manage campaign delivery, including day-to-day monitoring, budget pacing, technical troubleshooting, and making dynamic adjustments to settings (budgets, bids, creative, copy) to maintain performance.
- Optimization & QA: Analyze performance to identify and implement actionable improvements that increase KPI effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA), verifying technical accuracy and alignment with strategic intent.
- Vendor Relations: Engage with media vendors to evaluate their strategic offerings and manage communications for active campaigns.
- Internal Leadership: Schedule and lead internal project meetings to collaboratively develop strategies and implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Not deal-breakers, but assets:
- Agency experience (internship or otherwise)
- Education in marketing communications or business administration
Some of the Benefits & Perks You’ll Get:
- Paid time off and bonus time off during the holiday season to spend time with your loved ones without thinking about work.
- Flexible working hours and work-from-home options. You know how and when you work best, and we trust you to do it.
- Comprehensive medical benefits , including a healthcare spending account, so you can take care of yourself and your family.
- A wellness program including weekly meditation so you can take care of your mind.
- Regular Lunch and Learns covering a vast array of topics all designed to keep you informed on the industry and our agency.
- Access to internal committees led by subject matter experts that are designed to tackle plans or solve problems. These committees ensure that everyone within our agency has the opportunity to learn about the different facets of our organization. Are you a project manager fascinated by work in the creative department? No problem, sign up and see how it’s done.
