About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Senior Manager, Finance to join our Finance team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $120,000 – $160,000 per year.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Senior Manager, Finance will lead and develop a team through coaching, training, and performance management.
In this role, you will partner with the Director, Finance to develop strategic and tactical plans that align with organizational goals and then see them through to execution and reviewing the ongoing performance.
You will lead major finance projects including system upgrades and implementations that are aligned with strategic priorities and operational needs.
In this role, you will lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports while ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
You will lead the preparation of regulatory and tax filings and providing financial analysis and insights to support regulatory and tax strategies.
In this role, you will oversee finance operations including billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment issuance to ensure accuracy and efficiency within processes.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting, regulatory and tax principles and practices.
- 8 - 10 years of related accounting/finance experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
