Corporate Sales Manager – Headwater Equipment
Are you a proven sales leader with the drive to build teams, grow market share, and lead from the front? Headwater Equipment is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations and help shape the future of our business.
Headwater Equipment has been serving the construction industry for over 27 years, expanding from one branch in Southern Alberta to five across Western Canada. As a family-owned business, we represent top brands like Sany, Rokbak, and Ammann, and we pride ourselves on integrity, service, and long-term relationships with customers and employees alike.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 7–8 sales representatives.
- Drive major account sales, personally supporting key strategic clients.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff to support growth.
- Oversee inventory and demand cycle management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies for market share and profitability growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience managing sales teams (construction/equipment experience an asset).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven success in customer relationship management and major account sales.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license required.
