Role Description The Cold Calling Sales Specialist is a remote, contract role focused on generating and qualifying leads through outbound phone calls. This role involves researching target businesses, making high-volume cold calls, presenting CleverBotix solutions clearly, and identifying decision-makers. The specialist will follow structured scripts while tailoring conversations to each prospect’s needs, handle objections, and schedule product demos or follow-up calls for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, updating lead status, and reporting on call outcomes and pipeline activity. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Cold calling and outbound sales skills, with experience in lead generation and prospecting. Strong communication and active listening skills, including clear phone etiquette and professional follow-up. Basic CRM and sales tools proficiency, with the ability to document calls and manage pipelines accurately. Understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with small and medium-sized business environments. Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote, contract setting. Ability to learn and explain technology solutions in simple, business-focused terms. Prior experience in SaaS, contact centers, or AI-enabled solutions is beneficial. High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in customer interactions.
