Title: Senior Analyst, GTM Finance (AccessOne)
Team: Finance Location: Remote CA (EST or CST)
Why This Role Exists
This is a high-impact, highly visible role within Phreesia’s Finance organization, supporting the AccessOne business. As the Senior Analyst, GTM Finance, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across financial planning, analysis, pricing, and portfolio performance—helping shape strategic decisions through thoughtful financial insights and modeling. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, you’ll partner closely with Deal Desk, Customer Success, Product, and senior leadership across Phreesia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to take ownership of meaningful work with broad visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
Lead financial planning and performance: Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning while delivering insights that inform executive decision-making. Build the models behind the business: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support AccessOne's unique business model, portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning. Drive commercial pricing decisions: Partner with Deal Desk to evaluate complex pricing requests, support custom deal structures, assess financial impact, and help evolve pricing frameworks for new offerings. Deliver portfolio and client insights: Monitor financial performance, develop dashboards and recurring analytics, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners. Influence cross-functional strategy: Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, and commercial leaders to align financial analysis with business priorities and strategic initiatives. Improve how finance operates: Strengthen financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You will be a great fit if you: Have worked in healthcare, healthcare technology, financial services, revenue cycle management, or another analytically rigorous environment. Have experience using FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, or similar tools. Are familiar with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Hold an MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification. Have experience working in a post-acquisition or integration environment.
We Do Have A Few Requirements To Check
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited four-year university. 3+ years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role. Can communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Have advanced financial modeling skills in Excel- must be able to independently build, audit, and maintain complex, multi-variable models from scratch; pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario modeling
Where You’ll Work
This is a remote role, with the expectation that you’re based in EST or CST in Canada
Compensation & Rewards
