- Provide online theory instruction, mentorship, support, assessment, evaluation, and timely feedback to the students on the required learning management system.
- Review course content to ensure content links and resources are updated two weeks prior to the course start date. Be flexible and responsive to students learning needs using appropriate methodologies within an online learning environment.
- Manage the learning management system to ensure optimum learning environment.
- Work collaboratively in an interdependent team environment.

Required Qualifications

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or in a related field.

Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).

Minimum of two years recent and relevant clinical/teaching experience in the area of medical-surgical nursing.

Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Effective instructional ability.

Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.

Demonstrates valuing diversity.
