About the role
Cavendish Agri is seeking aSpreading Coordinatorto support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fertilizer and crop protectant spreading operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient daily operations by coordinating people, equipment, and materials while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.
Work duration – Seasonal – mid April to mid June.

Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for spreader operators to meet operational demands

Visit the growers sites and receive orders for spreading needs.

Allocate equipment, materials, and resources based on job priority and field requirements

Review work orders to ensure correct products, quantities, and application rates are assigned

Monitor spreader activity to ensure routes and fieldwork are completed safely and on schedule

Communicate regularly with operators to resolve issues and adjust plans as conditions change

Track and record material usage, mileage, and equipment hours accurately

Report equipment issues and coordinate follow‑up to minimize downtime

Provide administrative and reporting support to the operations team as required

Experience in agronomy, agricultural operations, supply chain, or logistics (preferred).

Experience with reporting, analytics, or operational data tracking (preferred).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency with scheduling systems, operational software, and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to speak and understand the English language proficiently.
