Agro Sales Rep

You take ownership and pride in what you do You’re comfortable starting conversations with growers you don’t already know You follow through—consistently and professionally You’re confident discussing crop inputs and the business side of farming You prefer working directly with customers on their farms to drive business You’re driven to actively grow your portfolio rather than simply maintain existing accounts You have proven knowledge of Western Canadian farming practices Crop input retail knowledge/experience is an asset

You manage your time and customer base with a high level of ownership You deliver solutions that create real value for your customers You develop strong, long-term relationships with local growers You consistently generate new business You meet and exceed sales and margin targets

The Agro Sales Rep receives competitive salaries with a commission-based pay structure, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
