YOUR MISSION

As a CRM Performance and Optimization Strategist, you will be responsible for driving measurable business impact through crm programs, with a strong focus on performance, testing, and continuous optimization.

You will own the performance loop end-to-end - from campaign strategy and segmentation to testing frameworks, reporting, and optimization recommendations - to maximize revenue, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

Working closely with marketing, sales, and content teams, you will ensure that crm initiatives are data-driven, customer-centric, and continuously improving against clear kpis.

You will be known for:

Performance ownership & strategy:

  • Acting as the crm performance lead for assigned shows, business units and brand campaigns.

  • Translating business objectives into clear crm kpis, targets, and measurable plans

  • Developing and evolving crm strategies that drive revenue, retention, and engagement

  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to improve conversion and loyalty

Testing & optimization:

  • Designing and executing structured testing roadmaps (a/b, multivariate, segmentation tests)

  • Establishing a test-and-learn culture, prioritizing experiments with the highest potential impact

  • Continuously optimizing campaigns based on data insights, performance trends, and learnings

  • Partnering with content teams to ensure testing frameworks are effectively implemented

Segmentation & campaign performance:

  • Defining and evolving audience segmentation strategies to maximize relevance and ROI

  • Leading the development and execution of targeted crm campaigns (primarily email)

  • Ensuring campaigns are aligned to customer lifecycle stages and business priorities

Measurement, reporting & insights:

  • Owning campaign performance reporting, including dashboards, post-mortems, and executive summaries

  • Measuring and communicating roi, incremental impact, and key performance drivers

  • Turning data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders

  • Providing ongoing visibility into performance trends and optimization opportunities

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Acting as a key crm partner to marketing, sales, and digital teams

  • Ensuring alignment between crm initiatives and broader commercial and brand strategies

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners (including agencies when relevant) to support execution

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in crm, lifecycle marketing, or performance-driven marketing

  • Strong expertise in email marketing, customer data, and segmentation strategies

  • Proven experience in a/b testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies

  • Experience measuring and communicating roi and campaign effectiveness

  • Familiarity with crm platforms (e.g., salesforce) and reporting tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in english and french
