What you’ll do:
- Drive system reliability, performance optimization, and proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and ensure seamless platform integration.
- Recruit, coach, and manage technical staff while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Oversee vendor performance and service delivery to ensure alignment with SLAs, business goals, and compliance standards.
- Champion maturity in change, incident, and problem management to enhance ERP stability and streamline issue resolution.
- Implement robust monitoring and automation frameworks, lead ERP upgrades, and align technical strategies with evolving business needs.
Who you’ll work with:
You will lead a team of Senior JDE Developers, Senior CNC Administrators, and a JDE Security & UX Analyst, and report into the Director, Business Solutions. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration & knowledge sharing, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and :
- Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible professional experience of direct JDE experience, preferably in retail or asset intensive industries including at least two full-cycle implementation experiences.
- Have a Degree in Business (with preference for Finance, or Accounting) or Computer Science (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have demonstrated understanding of JDE Enterprise One Architecture, including Orchestration and experience in development of JDE functional and technical specs, and an understanding of SDLC, PMBOK, and AGILE methodologies.
- Have a demonstrated leadership ability, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and business acumen.
