- The systems and products you build will not only accelerate company growth but also redefine industry standards, creating measurable and meaningful impact in the lives of injury victims nationwide
- Set and communicate a clear strategic vision for your team, aligning technical initiatives with EvenUp’s broader goals
- Lead teams through the full software lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Establish and champion engineering best practices around coding standards, automated testing, security, observability, and reliability
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and inclusivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product management, legal, and operations stakeholders to deliver exceptional, customer-centric products
- Contribute hands-on as necessary, especially in areas related to LLM integration or optimizing AI-native workflows
